| Shipping Methods |

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.
* Shipping Methods - You may have your order shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or Fed Ex.
Delivery Times- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for the USPS. Depending on where product is shipped from and your location, normal delivery usually takes 3-10 days, however we allow 21 days for delivery (30 days for Alaska/Hawaii/Armed Forces/Canada/U.S. Territories shipments and 45 days for International shipments). Delivery Times for UPS and Fed Ex vary depending on your location. You can contact us for an estimated delivery time at dexterity@dexterity.net

Next Business Day Air Saver - These packages are delivered by 3 p.m. the next business day. A signature will be required upon receipt for proof of delivery.

| Duties, Taxes, Customs and Surcharges |
| International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties, and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the courier for the handling of your order through customs and/or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect International address. |

| Returns Via Mail |

Dexterity.net will credit your payment for a returned item:
1. If the item is received by Dexterity.net within 30 days of the shipping date; and
2. The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).
Dexterity.net will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment:
1. If the item is received by Dexterity.net within 30 days of the shipping date; and
2. The returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).
Dexterity.net will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item or will credit your payment:
1. If the item is received by Dexterity.net within 30 days of the shipping date, and
2. The item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
Dexterity.net recommends that you send your returned items via an insured carrier. Dexterity.net is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If you have questions regarding where to send your return or have additional questions please contact our Customer Care Department.
If your CD or DVD case is damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. |

| Incorrect or Defective Items |
|
You may return any part of an order to Dexterity.net within 30 days of the shipping date. If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please return it and we will send you a replacement. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.
If a CD or DVD case arrives cracked or damaged, please contact us. We will be happy to mail you a replacement case. Please allow up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for processing.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. If you are not sure where to send your return, or have additional questions please contact our Customer Care Department. |
