04. HOW DID YOU START DJ'ING: Back in the day when I was around 8 yrs old, my best friends brother (at the time), was a DJ. I used to always hang around him and it kind of influenced me. They also used to be good friends with DJ Cheese (from way back in the day) and that is how I got interested in DJ'ing. I didn't really get 100% involved with DJ'ing until I was like 13. That is about the time I finally got a low budget DJ set up. By the time I was 14, I had my two 1200's and a piece of junk radio shack mixer..

17. ADVICE FOR OTHER DJ'S: Being a successful mix tape DJ and a DJ in general is hard work and takes a lot of dedication. If you are just learning to DJ, make sure you practice everyday and don't lose faith. In due time things will begin to develop for you. If you are a up-and-coming DJ, keep doing your thing and pay your dues. Don't strive to just be a successful mix tape DJ. There isn't a career in just making mix CDs, because bootleggers have destroyed this game and it's not like it used to be. Yet, keep grinding and getting your name out there, so you can be involved in the industry in general and make moves beyond mix CDs. Getting a college degree doesn't hurt either so you have something to fall back on. Whatever you do, never give up. It took me quite some time before my skills were finally noticed and I got my name out there on a major level. Persistence, hard work and dedication is key.
18. GREATEST HIP_HOP MOMENT: Kool Herc paving the way..... and when Hip-Hop finally "crossed over" and developed into something which was recognized by mainstream media, corporations and the public in general. At one point "Hip-Hop would never last." Presently, since "crossing over", Hip-Hop artists, clothing lines and the lifestyle in general has made major moves and has been given its just due.
19. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT IN HIP-HOP: Murders of Biggie, JMJ & 2pac R.I.P
p.s. and the bootleggers who are destroying the industry (GET A REAL JOB)!!!
20. BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR CAREER: Red Alert, Chuck Chillout & Mr. Magic (grew up listening to them). Also, can't forget DJ Juice for looking out back in the day.
21. IF YOU WEREN'T MAKING CRAZY BANK OUTTA DJ'ING WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING: Working at a record label
